1. Who we are
Open Spirits Art is the trading name of Open Spirits Services LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA (registered address: 30 N Gould St STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA). References to “we”, “us”, or “Open Spirits Art” in these Terms mean Open Spirits Services LLC. Our artworks are created by the artist Xelo. You can reach us at get@openspirits.art.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By browsing this website or purchasing an artwork through it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or place an order.
3. Products & editions
Each artwork in “The Nine” is sold as a strictly limited, numbered archival print, in an edition of 100 per size (No.9, “The Messenger”, is limited to 99). Once an edition is sold out, it closes permanently and will not be reprinted. Product descriptions, sizes, and edition counts are as stated on the artwork’s page at the time of purchase. Because monitors and printed inks reproduce color differently, the physical print may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
4. Prices & payment
All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD) and exclude any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes due in your destination country, which remain your responsibility. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
5. Shipping & delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery times shown or communicated are estimates only and are not guaranteed, particularly for international shipments subject to customs processing. Risk of loss and title for each print pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
6. Returns, refunds & cancellations
Because each print is a limited, numbered edition produced against your specific order, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. The only exception is a piece that arrives damaged in transit or with a genuine printing defect: contact us at get@openspirits.art within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage or defect, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
7. Certificate of authenticity
Every print ships with a digital Certificate of Authenticity, registered via Verisart, confirming the artwork, edition number, and collector identity. The certificate is issued to the email address used at checkout.
8. Intellectual property
All artworks, images, and text on this site remain the copyright of Open Spirits Services LLC and the artist Xelo. Purchasing a print transfers ownership of that physical, numbered object only — it does not transfer copyright, and does not grant any right to reproduce, publish, or use the image commercially without our prior written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
This site and its products are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page; the “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
