I am Ra Xelo — Designer, Artist, Tattoo Artist, Illustrator, and lifelong explorer of the invisible order behind everything visible.
I was born under Pisces, in the year of the Wood Dragon. I have lived between worlds my entire life — between the rational and the mystical, between structure and flow, between what science can measure and what the soul simply knows.
My work emerges from that space in between.
The Open Spirits series began as a personal necessity — not a business plan, not a strategy. I needed to see what I was feeling. The fractal forms, the symmetrical fire, the light cracking through darkness — these images arrived when I stopped trying to make art and simply let it come through.
I live and work in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. The light here is different. The air holds something ancient. It finds its way into everything I create.
